GTA Vice City gets a mobile release for its 10th anniversary.

Like Grand Theft Auto III before it, Rockstar Games will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of GTA Vice City with a mobile port in the near future. While the publisher wasn’t very specific with a release date and platforms, the game will see rerelease on “a wide range of iOS and Android devices later this fall.” The game’s anniversary falls on October 29th, so it shouldn’t be too far out.

Rockstar also announced that “a limited run of collectable promotional items” will be sold through the company’s online store to help commemorate GTA Vice City‘s anniversary. If GTA III’s anniversary is anything to go by, that means statues, coffee mugs, t-shirts, and other awesome stuff that you really don’t need (but need).

Rounding it all out will be Rockstar’s release of assets that the company describes as “both old and new, including never-before-seen artwork and a brand new anniversary trailer highlighting some of the most iconic scenes and music” from GTA Vice City.

GTA Vice City isn’t as new and exciting as GTA V, but we’ll be hearing about that real soon.

Like 80s Miami but GTA Vice City somehow isn’t violent enough? Hotline Miami is out now!
