Borderlands 2

Borderlands 2‘s season pass concluded with a bang, and now Gearbox is back with another killer announcement: Borderlands 2 is getting even more DLC (which is not part of the season pass). According to their announcements over at PAX Australia, there’s a new Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, subtitled “Digistruct Peak”. The pack will retail for $5, and raise the level cap to 72 (just in case you weren’t already screaming at how long it took to get to level 61). You won’t need the previous UVHM pack, but you won’t be able to get to level 72 unless you have both.

As for the other DLC, the next campaign add-on, T.K. Baha’s Bloody Harvest will see the return of the original Borderlands’ lovable, blind (and violently murdered offscreen) old man, T.K. Baha, reprising his role as one of the many zombies found in Jakob’s Cove in the first game’s DLC. Gearbox said they’ll announce the pricing before Halloween, meaning you can expect this DLC sometime around Halloween (it’s thematic).
