elder scrolls, elder scrolls online, demo, preview, the elder scrolls

Yesterday at QuakeCon, Bethesda announced what just might be the best game collection you could ask for. The Elder Scrolls Anthology is a PC collection sporting five full games and their expansions for $79.99. That’s right – for just $20 more than a regularly priced console game, you can own every core game in the Elder Scrolls catalogue.

So what exactly does this collection include? Have a gander.

  • Elder Scrolls Arena
  • Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall
  • Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, with Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions
  • Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, with Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles expansions
  • Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, with Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn expansions
  • Maps of the Tamriel, Iliac Bay, Morrowind, Cyrodiil, and Skyrim regions

That’s a crazy amount of content for a $79.99 price tag, especially when the total for those is about $120*. The Elder Scrolls Anthology releases for PC on September 10. In the meantime, why not read our review of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dragonborn DLC? It’s one part of the collection, after all.
