Assassin's Creed 4As we approach the next generation of consoles, an interesting facet of multi-console releases, especially in transitional periods, is how the different version stack up in terms of graphics and content. Ubisoft attempts to sway our embedded interest in the Assassin’s Creed series with a few visual differences, promoting the technical aspect of Assassin’s Creed 4.

Focusing more so on the PlayStation 4, though we expect a striking similar upgrade with the Xbox One and PC, the video below touts a realistic, flowing ocean, better weather effects, and less texture pop ups. Of course, there’s more gloss and power in next gen than tangible gameplay.
