Chibi-Robo! Photo FInder A downloadable sequel to the Chibi-Robo series, one on Gamecube and DS, lands onto 3DS eShops first thing next year. January 9th sees the release of Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder for North American audiences as well as a demo accompanying.

The premise starts out as Chibi-Robo helps a curator with his museum of the mundane called the Nostal-Junk. Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder utilizes the 3DS’s camera and tasks you to match everyday items such as a toilet paper roll and baseball to help the museum to gain prominence. In addition to the photography, the latest Chibi-Robo! game brings an assortment of mini-games surround as well as the standard cleanup gameplay known in the Chibi series. An even bigger draw are the community-driven photo challenges, those coincide with the release date and will include more awkward photo taking of random items.

This is just one of the latest of Nintendo Direct’s slew of release dates, reveals, and updated looks.
