Farm 51, developer of Deadfall Adventures, ramps up hype for a whirlwind of a next-gen first-person shooter of Get Even. From start to end, confusion ensues in its teaser trailer; fly through an abandoned building as it shifts back and forth to computerized textures, follow three soldiers tail someone, and wonder why this lady we keep on seeing is tied up.
From the video description, Farm 51 wants Get Even to craft a story based on the memory of its central heroes as well as smudging the lines between single and multiplayer. “…Get Even subtlety removes the classic division between single-player and multiplayer experiences to unfold two linked stories. The game’s plot revolves around the memories of its central heroes which have a dramatic effect on how the game progresses.”
As far as teaser trailers go, Farm 51 raises the bar for how honest it is in teasing the game and teasing the mystery.
Get Even recalls in 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
